Re Camp Kintail Chapel Decommissioned, October News
While I understand the feelings and needs of the family who owns the land on which the Camp Kintail chapel was situated, I have fond memories of singing We Are Climbing Jacob’s Ladder, Soldiers of the Cross, and sitting on the benches in the chapel on the edge of Lake Huron.
I think that there is not a day goes by when I do not hear Jacob’s Ladder in my head.
My mom was Dagwood and Claire Henderson was Blondie.
It was one on the most memorable summers of my life.
I am so grateful.
And of course, no Camp Kintail summer would be complete without a full rendition of Little Rabbit Fru Fru.
I am sorry that the chapel has been decommissioned, I would like to volunteer to help with the building of the new chapel.
